The Best of Korean Dramas

I'm really into watching Korean Dramas. Most of the time my friends are satisfied with my taste since they seem to have positive reactions with the dramas I recommended. Lately, a lot of people are asking me about this, and that's what I'm about to share to all of you.

So here's the list of my favorite Korean Dramas in no particular order! :)

Boys Over Flowers. Who can deny how much impact this show has on us? It was addictive!

Secret Garden. A love story with a twist of fantasy. Its a blissful thing to watch. It offers both laughter and tears. You'll find yourself smiling and crying once in awhile while you're watching the show.

Lie To Me. This is what we Filipinos term as - KILIG! Overload with happy hormones every now and then! Though the ending was quite hanging and made me feel like its going to have a part 2... It was good! :)

BIG - Fantasy, Love, and a dose of drama. Its very nice! Cried a lot too. This one of the cute love stories!

Personal Taste - something light and fun! C'mon this is Lee Min Ho. Need I say more?

Playful Kiss - Another kilig Korean Drama! :) Believe me, even my mother watched this with me. It even had a Youtube edition! This was purely love!  I really fell in love with the series :D

Love Rain - A series of unfortunate events that finally had a happy ending.  Beautiful cast, beautiful story, beautiful music... just beautiful! :D

49 Days - a complex story mixed with love, family, friendship, and with a touch of magic. Heavy drama for me! A lot of people would agree that this is one of the best Korean Dramas ever made... Shed a lot of tears for this and if given the chance I will definitely watch this over and over again!

City Hunter - This series is more on action, love of family, righteousness... Well, a little bit of everything actually. Its wonderful! Yes! This is a definitely a must watch! I have zero negative feedback on this show. Just amazing!

You're Beautiful - I was a little bit late on watching this show. I started watching it when it went viral in our school. Though the story was quite predictable it definitely gave everyone happiness! It was very viral that I even purchased my own pig rabbit! My friend Jeff also had one with its complete accessories. My classmates were watching it all together during breaks. That says something, right?

Dream High - music, love, and friendship.  If you have big dreams like I do I think this will give you a boost. 

Lover's in Paris - This was one of the, should I say, epic dramas I've seen! I can't actually pinpoint what it really had but it was a sure hit here in our country.

A Scent of a Woman - The big comeback of the male lead character! Love and the challenges. Its will never be easy. This show will tell you that love really does conquer all.

My Girl. Bubbly Love! Its very light. I'm glad that Philippines made a version of this! :D

Brain - Well this one I haven't finished yet. I can feel that this is a good one though especially for the aspiring doctors out there. Its nice (based on the first few episodes I've seen)! :D

I prefer to watch them online. The subtitles are way better than the ones they have on DVDs. Expect that you're always one step ahead of everyone since watching online means you're pretty much updated. Local networks has also been showing these Korean Dramas with dubbing but I like it more without the dubbing provided with the subtitles. The feelings and the moments are felt better that way even if they're delivering the lines in Korean. Well, this is just a thought and just based on experience! :)
