Forever 21 Finally opens a branch here in Davao City. Fashionistas can finally feast and rejoice! Haha. The event happened around 5 pm... But before it even started I met some of the fashion bloggers during the Supermarket Tour.

There were many of them but I didn't get the chance to get a photo with the others. Thanks to these guys I was able to enter the Forever 21 event that day. Special thanks to Dawn for taking these by the way... :D

Before the event officially started we all enjoyed munching on food that they have prepared for us.

The list of people that I met that day is not yet finished... The highlight of my night? DJ Callum of course. I had to wait hours just to get a photo with him. He was too busy with his music. Haha! I wasn't alone. A lot of girls were also patiently waiting.

The Set Up

I wasn't prepared for the event! Haha. My get up was sorta out of place but I couldn't care less. Haha! What I wore? An Unica Hija blouse, Forever 21 shorts, Surplus shoes, and a Liz Claiborne bag. Well, at least I wore something from the brand, right? Haha!

Both my camera and phone died during the fashion show proper so yeah... These are the only shots I got. Almost all of the outfits were to die for. I was so happy to see Mai's little sister ramp! :)

The count down begins! Forever 21 opens its doors for all the shoppers!

I also went there with my friends during the grand opening the next day. They couldn't help themselves. It was a happy shopping day for the girls! :D

We spent hours there that it was already time to close. The store was huge and there were a lot of good finds. Expect to get more and more confused on what to buy.

Well, girls will be girls. If you want to purchase items make sure to bring your budget because this is like temptation island! So many good finds!

Almost 30 years since the first Tokyo Tokyo store was established at Quad Park in Makati, it finally arrived in the VisMin Region serving their signature dishes to Davaoeños first! :D

"As we officially open the doors to Tokyo Tokyo in the heart of Davao, we hope to open a whole new dining experience for all Davaoeños - one quality, affordable and delicious Japanese cuisine. We're very happy to be opening not only the first branch built outside Luzon, but also beginning of our long-awaited expansion plans in the VisMin Region," said Tokyo Tokyo's Marketing Manager Joan Pamplona.

To celebrate this milestone, Tokyo Tokyo gathered together friends from the media for an exclusive event of the first store in Davao where guests had the privilege to indulge a wide array of Tokyo Tokyo's best-loved dishes - Prawn Tempura, Pork Tonkatsu, Beef Misono, Chicken Teriyaki and the all time favorite Red Iced Tea. I'm proud to say that I was one of the lucky few!

I loved everything! My two favorites are the tempura and the maki! The chicken teriyaki is to die for too!

The media guests were also treated to a Maki-making Demo which showcased 5 kinds of different maki. Some guests had the chance to make their own Maki. Everyone pretty much enjoyed!

If you're on a tight budget they have their "takal-takal" section for just the right amount of ingredients that you will be needing in affordable prices of course.

Must-catch discounts in 60 minutes of fresh and food items. It happens unannounced twice a day! Be sure to be there at the right time ;)

The queue-busters will immediately punch the things you want to buy and after scanning all of it an order slip will be printed and you'll just have to present that to the cashier and that's about it.!

The Press-For-Help Button

The Press-For-Help button is designed to address the concerns of the consumers. Its usually place on the sides. When you push that button the light bulb turns blue and a customer assistant will approach and attend to you for as long as question are relevant :D

Be a winner with Yellow Tag! With a minimum purchase of Yellow Tag items, cool prizes await you at the redemption booth! But wait there's more... You can also pay your bills and exchange or transfer money at the bills payment and Western Union.
