Jack's Ridge

A lot of us had already been in this place a couple of times but I had my own fair share of new learnings from this place...
According to the brochure.... The location was actually a part of the Japanese headquarters from the World War II.  The place was an advantage for them since they had a commanding view of the Davao Guf where the American ships anchored.
It was also stated that once in awhile people still find bullets and other war materials in the area. Some stories tell that there might be hidden treasures that the Japanese hid there.

So maybe that explains everything about this plane! I've been so curious about this since I first saw it! Can you see it?
Our team heads - Kevin and Mark - with the OIC at Jack's Ridge :)
As they would have liked to give us a proper tour around the place... Everyone seemed enticed on taking pictures! As we went out of the van all the cameras came clicking through!
Here's Naprey Almario unaware of the creature above him!

So we were all scattered around the place. Kanya kanyang trip 'to. Sariling sikap!
Too many stairs! Haha. It gets you everywhere! :)

Souvenir Shop...
Kool Kat's Pool
The feeding of the birds amazed me. First time to see and hear it myself!

The City...
The only fashion blogger in the group - DAWN ! Haha. That's the way they do it! :)

Men in Black!

After taking photos and going around the place... We had to take a break. Where else would we go but to Karlo's Gourmet & Coffee!

We were given the privileged to get some drinks for ourselves :)
I had Coffee Cookie Crumble! Good treat for a coffee lover! I would have ordered one of their best-sellers but I'm not a fan of durian...

The purple corner. I felt like it was made for me! I just love the color and the print as well!
Muffins & cakes!

Before leaving we were given gift bags!!!
Jack's Ridge will always be one of the places to visit when you're in Davao. Where else can you get a better view of the city?
TIP: Come at night time since all the amenities are open by that time and the city lights are pretty much lovely to look at.

Thank you to Jack's Ridge Staff and Crew who were very accommodating. It was a wonderful experience!
Thank you to Davao Bloggers for the opportunity to join an event like this! :)
