NANAY'S 75TH

For the longest time, we were finally able to celebrate with Nanay on her birthday. Flew all the way to Tacloban for this. Kuya Djap also celebrates his birthday the same day, so it's a double celebration!  Win win situation right?
It was held at Sophia's Way, Leyte Park. The set up was pretty nice. The music matched nanay's age. Oldies but goodies.

Nanay and I, all dolled up.

This is a rare photo of me and my sibling all together with grandma and mum.

The Cousins
I wanted to dance so bad and thankfully our moment came when the dance instructor called out, "follow me!" and everybody just joined the groovy dance and it was uberly fun. Next time, I'll volunteer to dance! Hahaha
This was us starting the dance train.
Dance Off
Oh diba? Gandang lahi! Hahaha
It was a fun filled night and we got to see relatives that I may have not seen for a decade or so. It was all about nanay, the food, the music, and  a lot of dancing.
I wish we could spend a lot of celebrations like this with them. How light the feeling was being part of one big happy clan. It's amazing!

Cheers to us!
Once again more moments like this for all of us.

xoxo

Proudly, Andrade.

Simple yet meaningful

I was so stressed on what to do for le boyfriend's birthday. I wanted to do something special and personal. So I came up with this bright idea of looking up things you can do for your boyfriend's birthday. It showed a bunch of options. Some were too hard to achieve and all but I settled for what I think I can do and made some twists to keep it exciting.
With the help of a very good friend (wait... crash that out. Great friend - Jhan.) We were able to come come up with stuff we can do. We ordered balloons. I printed photos and attached them to the ends. If you want to do the same thing make sure they weigh equally  because your balloons won't float  on the same levels. Haha. Well, that's a lesson learned. Take it from me. Haha! But it added some effect that they were floating/flying on different levels but it was hard to contain them in one room since I set it up at an open area.
We also made a no bake cheesecake at Jhan's house. His parents were very supportive. I am an adopted daughter of the Mamon's. Haha! I'll make another blog entry on how to make the cheesecake. I still need a second try on it to perfect it. Nonetheless, it tasted good for someone who's not expert on making this kind of stuff.
I topped it blueberry jam but I failed to take photos.

Le boyfriend didn't expect to see a lot of people on his birthday because it was usually spent only with his family. It was my first time to attend his birthday even if we've already known each other for like 15 years? Haha. The night was well spent but Jhan and I had to go home early because we still had duty for the next day.
I just love my guy <3
Thumbs up for our first time to celebrate birthdays together. Special thanks to Jhan & family, Corny's family, and our ever supportive friends. Much love and respect guys! Until the next celebration!

A Night to Remember

Tords texted me out of the blue after I went to an event. He wanted to go out but he didn't say why! Only to find out he just graduated. This guy... I don't know what to say. So, I ended up going without even changing clothes. We went to Patio that night. We tried to contact all of our high school friends but all of them were unsure so we ended up celebrating the first hour with ourselves until the rest of them came and everything went from boring to fun!
Congratulations Tords! Finally!
This is his favorite look!

The man of the hour!

Christian - the silent guy! Haha.

Though there were only a few people who went...  it was already a celebration. We got to meet new people! From Patio we went to a karaoke bar. Oh the good times! Singing will always be one of our favorite medium for bonding. It never grows old.

2 Consecutive Nights!

Spent quality time with these people! They're just amazing.
