Adobong Pusit

Sinigang na Isda
Hey guys another food adventure for me. During one of our road trips going back home we decided to eat lunch at one of my favorite restos!
Tabing Dagat is just along the highway but I’d say it's hard to notice because it lacks interesting signage. Nonetheless, their food is one of the best in the area. The ambiance just perfect because it’s not crowded. The sea breeze and the splashing waves are so calming.
When you order they price it by kilo. You get to choose the fresh seafood meat from the freezer and you get to decide how they cook it. Of course just the basic recipes but I tell you, the basics are just as good.
Every time we go here I end up ordering the same. Adobong posit without ata. Before what I really wanted was the grilled posit but they got me the wrong one and I settled for it…. And I fell in love with it. Another dish we always ordered was a sinigang fish, of a variant I am not aware of. Sorry for that. Just those two and lots of rice! It’s very satisfying!
I guess anyone who pass by the Sta. Cruz road should try it even just once! J
It will always be my favorite especially now that they’ve renovated and made the place bigger and nicer. I want to go back right now just thinking about it.
Don’t get your expectations high because it’s not like a five star restaurant. It’s simple and delicious.
XO
